Minnesota Gopher Running Back Shady Salamon Pays his dues ...

Shady Salamon spent the last five months preparing for Big 10 football training with Performance Athletix and performance enhancement specialist Ted Johnson. Over the course of the 18 week training intensive Shady Salamon put on 14lbs. Despite the increase in bodyweight Shady was also able to maintain less than 5% bodyfat.
